This website is hosted at Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, on servers in Germany, under a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. Hetzner processes the data described under server log files on our behalf.
Server log files
When you load a page, the server records your IP address, the date and time, the request line, the HTTP status, the amount of data transferred and your browser's user agent. This is necessary to deliver the site and to recognize and defend against attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the site. These logs are kept for 7 days and then deleted.
Contact form and email
When you submit the contact form, or write to us by email, we process the data you provide (such as your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry) to answer it. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a contract or steps taken before entering one, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
The form is submitted to a service on our own server, which sends your enquiry as an email to our mailbox through the Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Graph) API; Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. acts as our processor for email. The form itself stores nothing in a database, and the server logs record status codes only, never the content of your message. A proof-of-work check and a spam honeypot protect the form; neither tracks you or sets a cookie.
We keep your enquiry until it is settled. If it does not lead to a contract, we delete it once the matter is closed, unless retention periods under tax or commercial law require us to keep specific documents longer.
No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, embeds no third-party content and makes no third-party requests. Fonts are served from our own server. Nothing on the page profiles you or follows you to other sites.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data (Article 15), to rectification (Article 16), to erasure (Article 17), to restriction of processing (Article 18), to data portability (Article 20) and to object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) at any time (Article 21). To exercise any of these, write to [email protected].
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg (Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg).

Server-Logdateien
Beim Aufruf einer Seite speichert der Server Ihre IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, die angefragte Ressource, den HTTP-Status, die übertragene Datenmenge und den User-Agent Ihres Browsers. Das ist für die Auslieferung der Seite und zur Abwehr von Angriffen erforderlich. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO; unser berechtigtes Interesse ist der sichere und stabile Betrieb. Diese Protokolle werden nach 7 Tagen gelöscht.
Kontaktformular und E-Mail
Wenn Sie das Kontaktformular absenden oder uns schreiben, verarbeiten wir die von Ihnen angegebenen Daten (etwa Name, Unternehmen, E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer und den Inhalt Ihrer Anfrage), um sie zu beantworten. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, soweit die Anfrage einen Vertrag oder vorvertragliche Maßnahmen betrifft, sonst Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO, unser berechtigtes Interesse an der Beantwortung.
Das Formular wird an einen Dienst auf unserem eigenen Server übermittelt, der Ihre Anfrage per Microsoft-365-Schnittstelle (Microsoft Graph) als E-Mail an unser Postfach sendet; Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. ist insoweit unser Auftragsverarbeiter. Das Formular speichert nichts in einer Datenbank, die Server-Protokolle enthalten nur Statuscodes, nie den Inhalt Ihrer Nachricht. Ein Proof-of-Work und ein Honeypot schützen das Formular, ohne Sie zu verfolgen und ohne Cookie.
Wir bewahren Ihre Anfrage bis zu ihrer Erledigung auf. Führt sie zu keinem Vertrag, löschen wir sie nach Abschluss der Angelegenheit, soweit keine steuer- oder handelsrechtlichen Aufbewahrungsfristen entgegenstehen.
Keine Cookies, kein Tracking
Diese Seite setzt keine Cookies, nutzt keine Analyse, bindet keine Drittinhalte ein und stellt keine Anfragen an Dritte. Schriften werden vom eigenen Server ausgeliefert.
Ihre Rechte
Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) und das Recht, einer auf Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f gestützten Verarbeitung jederzeit zu widersprechen (Art. 21). Wenden Sie sich dazu an [email protected].
